We deliver orders across Egypt through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
• Once your order has been processed and handed to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated after your order has been processed and dispatched to the courier:

• Cairo & Giza: 2–5 business days
• Alexandria & Delta governorates: 3–6 business days
• Upper Egypt & remote areas: up to 7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Fees

• Standard delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD for your convenience. Please ensure the exact amount is available upon delivery.

Delays & Exceptions

We strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, holidays). If your order is delayed, we will update you via email or phone.
